I use this as shampoo for my elf locs and it is fab!! It gets my hair really nice and clean without being too drying on my scalp. This also helps my locs to dry more quickly too as there is no residue left after use. I unfortunately don’t have a beard so can’t comment on that side of things. (my husband bought me this to try so I am reviewing on his account)
